I like singing songs and doing things that make people laugh. Sometimes people give me money. Whether it's money for a cd, money to keep singing or money to be quiet is of no consequence. It's still money. I have gigged all over in all sorts of places including variety and cabaret nights, music and comedy gigs, school assemblies, churches, radio, bars, clubs and people's living rooms...and once for the queue in the local chemist.
This year's a busy one with lots of gigs for babies at Music Time, gigs at festivals, fundraisers and cabarest and the creation of a play about Amy Johnson. I was funded by Croydonites Festival of New Theatre to write and perform this one person show which premiered at The Spreadagle Pub Theatre in Croydon.
